Richard Suscha, Broker, brings more than 10 years of real estate sales experience and a diverse professional background to every client he serves. His experience includes hospitality as the owner of a large bed & breakfast, cardiac rehabilitation as an exercise physiologist, home flipping, and rental property management—giving him a well-rounded understanding of homes from both an investment and lifestyle perspective.

A dedicated community leader, Richard has served for several years on the Police and Fire Commission, including as President.
